AUTO DIAGNOSTICS
One of the unique features
of LenSec's operating system
software is its suite of remote auto diagnostic
tools. Remote diagnostics automatically
checks the operational
status of each server that is running the system software
and each camera connected to that server.
Each
camera
is
checked approximately
60 seconds.
If a problem or potential problem is detected,
remote auto diagnostics attempts to fix the issue. Through
this service, 96% of the problems are fixed without any human
intervention.
