Installation Warranty and Support

LenSec includes only the highest quality components in the design and integration of their digital video management systems. However, should a component failure be detected we provide remote technical support and standard hardware warranty support for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Optionally, extended hardware and service warranties are available including onsite technical support for servers, cameras and other security equipment supplied by LenSec. All extended warranty and support programs are tailored to the needs of the client‘s facility and operational requirements.
