The application is designed to detect problems and failures; minimizing potential system downtime.

ACTIVE MONITOR operates by checking the health of the network every 60 seconds, providing indications of system integrity and constant verification of the system’s ability to respond to an emergency.

In support of their commitment to excellent customer service, LenSec provides a dedicated service professional to act as the site liaison and work with the client’s IT department on every project. If a problem is detected, LenSec can usually diagnose the problem remotely and have replacement parts on site within 24 hours. If the issue requires onsite service, LenSec’s customer support representative will immediately notify client personnel of the problem and will schedule a visit.
